Temporary RolesRegistering with us is easy and as soon as you do we’ll be able to contact you and offer you temporary roles that match your skills and location. All of our assignments pay competitive rates and we pay our temporary workers weekly. Wherever possible we try to keep you working on behalf of Constructive Resources and when your current assignment finishes our aim is to find you a new one ensuring regular work. Our payroll system means that we are able to deal with candidates on a self-employed (UTR) or PAYE basis. |
Permanent RolesFinding a new permanent role can sometimes be challenging and candidates have lots of choice when it comes to choosing an agency. We believe that Constructive Resources is ideally placed to help you find a new role within the construction marketplace. We believe that our strength lies in our knowledge of construction and our dealings with some of the leading construction companies in the UK. Our registration process is simple and after registration we will keep in contact with you offering position that suit your skills, abilities and salary expectations. You will always be contacted by us before submitting your details to any client to ensure that the role is suitable and that you are happy to be represented by Constructive Resources. We will give you as much detail about the position and guide you through every part of the recruitment process up until the point you commence work. |

Payroll Information
Constructive Resources Limited pay all temporary workers weekly on receipt of an authorised timesheet that has been signed by the client. To enable us to pay you on time please ensure the following:
Complete the timesheet with as much detail as possible (including a breakdown of hours).
Make sure that you get your timesheet signed by the client and ensure that we receive your timesheet no later than 12 noon on Monday. Timesheets can either be scanned and sent to info@constructiveresources.com or faxed to 01908 370322 or posted (to arrive with us on Monday).
If you follow this procedure then your pay will be in your bank account that Friday.
If you don’t have a copy of our timesheet please feel free to download it from our website to print and get signed.
Contractor Timesheets
Constructive Resources Ltd currently have 2 main types of Timesheets. One is our general timesheet for the majority of staff and the other is for our plant operators. Please download the relevant timesheet by clicking the appropriate icon.
For clients that require us to use their own timesheet please contact us and we can arrange for your own timesheet to be downloadable for use with temporary workers supplied by us.
